This volume is a composite biography which provides a forum for many of those who were associated with Oliver Goldsmith. It aims chiefly at selecting those recollections that have not been reprinted, as well as those that are not readily available. The pieces, arranged chronologically, cover almost all the stages of Goldsmith's life. Other works by E.H.
