Author
Dr Matthias Merz holds a degree in information management and has worked in the SAP environment for more than 10 years. At Camelot ITLab GmbH, he is the lead of the Center of Excellence for SAP HANA and provides consultation for enterprises, particularly in the area of SAP BW on SAP HANA. In addition to the implementation of customer projects, his work focuses on the evaluation of new software technologies and the publication of specialist articles. He was previously employed at a data center where he focused on high-performance computing and SAP Basis administration.
Dr Torben Hügens is head of the Center of Excellence for BusinessObjects at Camelot ITLab GmbH. He was previously employed at SAP Deutschland AG & Co. KG and worked as a consultant in the SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence/SAP Business Warehouse area. Initially, his work focused on the creation of reports using SAP BusinessObjects BI products and the design of data flows in SAP BW. Since 2010, his focus has shifted to the area of business transformation services. Here, his tasks include the design and optimization of enterprise-wide reporting solutions, as well as project management. In addition, he provides consultation regarding the design and implementation of holistic solutions for strategic management using SAP Strategy Management.
Steve Blum is a junior consultant at Camelot ITLab GmbH and works in the Center of Excellence for SAP HANA. His working fields in the SAP BW on SAP HANA environment include SAP HANA XS development, SAP HANA administration, nearline storage, and the evaluation of new functions. In the context of co-operative studies at SAP, he received his Bachelor of Science in information management. During this time, he worked in various departments in the SAP BW and SAP HANA environment, as well as in the field of process consultation.
