The Human Rights Act 1998 incorporates The European Convention on Human Rights. In interpreting Convention rights, the Act requires account to be taken of judgments and decisions of the European Court of Human Rights. Practitioners, students and researchers will need to find judgments, compare cases and follow the Court's jurisprudence. This book provides a useful and easy way to help in that task.
