With her expertise, she guides Ph.D. candidates from both industry and academia and has contributed to the development of study materials for prestigious institutions such as Jamia Millia Islamia, IMT-Ghaziabad, and Gauhati University. Dr. Kiran has a rich profile, including organizing international conferences, conducting workshops, delivering expert lectures, and serving as a respected reviewer for renowned journals. Her teaching interests span various domains, including financial markets and services, financial management, and investment analysis. Presently, her research endeavors focus on sustainable business and entrepreneurship, cryptocurrency, ethical investments, and women entrepreneurship.
