Description
Find your way out of stress and anxiety with RRR-short for Rewire, Rework, Reclaim.
In this book, Dr Rajiv Mehta guides you to identify and acknowledge the triggers that take you
towards anxiety and depression. He helps you rewire your emotional response to such occurrences
and understand the root cause behind the triggers. He tells you how to rework the negative thought
patterns and behavioural responses, and reclaim your life with thoughts and actions that give you
hope and comfort.
Dr Mehta looks at various aspects related to managing stress, anxiety and depression, and has helped
countless patients walk the RRR path. Rewire, Rework, Reclaim is based on his experiences spanning over two decades and gathered through spending thousands of hours treating individuals with mental health issues. He discusses real-life scenarios linked to relationships, lifestyle, drug abuse, digital dependence, financial situations and many other stress-inducing circumstances.
His mantra is simple: even if you are depressed, there are definite ways to get joy and fulfilment
