Description
In this book, a comprehensive analysis of compact biogas plant is performed in terms of its temperature, pH value, and efficiency for different kinds of wastages such as kitchen waste, fruits waste, animal dung and sugar as a catalyst, in view to increase production efficiency of biogas. Furthermore, a 4-stroke single cylinder diesel engine is tested by using dual fuel, i.e., diesel and biogas, in terms of its brake power, indicated power, brake and indicated thermal efficiency, volumetric efficiency, mechanical efficiency, BSFC and ISFC at different loads, to know the effect of biogas on performance of engine as compared with diesel as conventional fuel.
