I am a 38-year-old Canadian-born Nova Scotian poet and writer. I love to write and play guitar, bass, drums, and a little keyboard. I have a sales background and a carpentry diploma, but writing is where my heart fell. I also have struggled with mental health and addiction, as well as trauma and PTSD. I really just want to help some folks relate and know they're not alone, and to hopefully shine a little hope in this dark world.
