Walking with Spirit

Steve enjoyed living an adventurous life, travelling, and working all over the world, thriving on new experiences along the way. He was always "good at being gone." A dream about a dog changed all of that, making him realize he had drifted off his path. It's not that his life wasn't good, it's just that something wasn't right. He wanted more.

Every once in a while, life throws us for a loop. For Steve, Spirit was that loop. He began a journey of learning about life through experiences with Spirit. He began to discover new ways of looking at things, make sense of things he thought he already knew, and ultimately found a deeper meaning in life.

Walking with Spirit takes on big topics that affect how we live our lives. Spirit's actions and antics inspired Steve to share his reflections on topics that matter, such as love, purpose, what it is to be a being, and how to improve our experiences with others. He combines these topics with his past experiences, adventures and stories about Spirit to guide us through ways to deepen our understanding of how to create a meaningful, happy, and productive life.

Steve engages and challenges readers to seek their own understanding of these lessons. Among the stories and lessons are questions, tools, and exercises for the reader to use to reflect, challenge current narratives, and gain a better understanding of themselves and what they would like out of life.
