Patricia McGee is a faculty member in the Instructional Technology program in the College of Education and Human Development at the University of Texas at San Antonio. Colleen Carmean is the IT Director of Instructional & Desktop Support for Arizona State University at the West campus. As a National Learning Infrastructure Initiative Fellow in 2002, Carmean researched learner-centered practices in higher education. All Jafari has initiated, directed, and served as the conceptual architect for two highly success full Course Management Systems, the Oncourse and the ANGEL. Dr. Jafari is currently the Director of the IUPUI CyberLab and Professorof Computer and Information Technology in the School of Engineering and Technology at IUPUI.
