Description
As the school dance approaches, Ryan is caught between plans with her friends and a secret admirer in this fourth book in the Team Awkward middle grade series that’s The Baby-Sitters Club meets Dork Diaries.
The middle school’s winter dance is coming up, and now that Ryan is in public school for the first time after being homeschooled, she’s both excited and nervous to attend. Her parents have a rule that she’s not allowed to go on a date until she’s older, but that’s not a problem—Ryan and Team Awkward are planning on going to the dance together.
But when an unknown writer leaves a note for Ryan saying they have a crush on her and asking to meet at the dance, it throws a wrench in her plans. Team Awkward is on the case to figure out the identity of the secret crush! But what then? Hidden identities and family rules take the awkwardness of first crushes to a whole new level in this fourth book of the Team Awkward series.
