Dr Victoria McCloud is a Master of the Senior Courts Queen's Bench Division. Previously a barrister at Coram Chambers and Deputy Costs Judge of the Supreme Court she compiled the first five editions of the Civil Procedure Handbook, as well as writing the Surveillance and Intelligence Law Handbook for OUP. She is a long time author and editor of The White Book and has a long history of other editorial experience.
