Shannon McClintock Miller is the District Teacher Librarian and Innovation Director at Van Meter Community School in Iowa and Future Ready Librarians Leader working with students, librarians, educators, and others around the world every day. She is also the Capstone Champion and Follett Thought Leader. She works with Book Creator as the Future Ready Advocate. Shannon is the author of the award winning blog, The Library Voice. In June 2023, Shannon's newest children's book, Sonia's Digital World, was published by Capstone and ISTE. She has published four other children's books about library skills and eight graphic novels in the series Adventures in Makerspace with Capstone and Cantata Learning. Shannon and Bill Bass wrote a book with ISTE, Leading from the Library, with it's second edition published in 2025. Her newest series, ISTE Digital Explorers, came out in August 2025.
