Jim McBee, MCSE, MCT, is a consultant specializing in Exchange deployments and education. He has worked for many Fortune 500 customers, as well as the U.S. Department of Defense. He is the author of three editions of Exchange Server 24seven and Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 Advanced Administration, and coauthor of Cabling: The Complete Guide to Network Wiring, all from Sybex. Benjamin Craig is a systems and security engineer with nearly a decade of experience deploying and supporting Exchange for a wide variety of industries. He is the full-time IT manager of a California bank and is the owner of Xnetworking, a technical consulting company.
