What Real Students Say... As a self confessed cookery dummy I found this book to be extremely useful. Its fun, easy to use, interesting and even my MUM uses it...a bargain price. This book was a present just before leaving for uni. I have now finished my 2nd year and its my bible! ...the recipes are all really easy and inexpensive. A beautifully illustrated book...It's easy to follow & you don't need tons of equipment - not even scales! This book is absolutely amazing. Joy started writing cookbooks back in 2001, when she wrote the best selling cookbook "NOSH for Students". In the nearly 20 years that have followed she has, along with her family, written additional volumes and editions including vegetarian versions. She has also written family cookbooks. In 2014, Joy discovered she was gluten intolerant. Since then she has forged ahead with writing four titles for the genre the latest of which is NOSH Everyday Gluten-Free.
