Introduction to Swiss Intellectual Property Law

This book provides for a short overview of the relevant law and practice in the areas of copyrights, Trademarks, Patents and Designs. New Acts on Copyrights and Trademarks were enacted in 1993 and amendments to the Patent Act and the Design Act have recently been adopted. Separate chapters cover the unlawful exploitation of third party's work products under the Unfair Competition Act, the Intellectual Property related conflict of law rules and Intellectual Property related litigation in Switzerland.
