Person
Michael Marx's passion for fly fishing and environmental activism began in the 1980s. In the fly fishing world he's a take-junkie who's fooled (and been fooled by) Rainbows, Browns, Cutthroats, Goldens, Bulls, Brookies, Arctic Chars, and Dolly Vardens in the Western US, Alaska, Australia, New Zealand, Argentina, Chile, Canada, and Slovenia. In the environmental activist world he's led corporate campaigns targeting Mitsubishi Corporation, The Home Depot, Staples, International Paper, Walmart, and many others to protect our wild and native forests, and in recent years to end our reliance on fossil fuels.
