Author
Luke Marson is a leader, architect, principal consultant, and globally recognized expert for SAP SuccessFactors solutions and is a certified professional in Employee Central. He is the founder and CEO of the North American office of iXerv, a global SAP SuccessFactors consulting partner that focuses on SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite implementations and Employee Central in particular.
Luke has delivered more than 40 projects in multiple countries across North and Central America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia to organizations of various sizes (up to 240,000 employees) and types in different industries and sectors, including oil and gas, defense, retail, manufacturing, the public sector, telecommunications, and media.
In addition to being an author or coauthor of four SAP PRESS books, a speaker, and a go-to expert on HCM and SAP SuccessFactors topics, Luke is an SAP Mentor alumni, an Americas' SAP Users' Group (ASUG) volunteer, and an active contributor to the SAP Community Network (SCN).
