Justin Marlowe is Research Professor and Director of the Center for Municipal Finance at the University of Chicago's Harris School of Public Policy. He also serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Municipal Finance Journal. His research and teaching are focused on public financial management, with emphasis on public capital markets, infrastructure development, financial reporting, and state/local fiscal policy.
