Description
This volume tells the story of Johannes Gutenberg, the genius who invented the printing press and gave rise to the first great revolution in knowledge transmission. The story not only explains the context in which the inventor lived or the way typesetting works, it also describes the different media in which the written language has been present and explains the importance of books and publications, which allowed humanity to enter what we know today as the Modern Age.
