The volume also introduces the use of IoT and smart technology in agricultural management, in healthcare diagnosis and monitoring, and in the financial industry. Chapters also focus on surveillance network technology, the technology shift from television to video streaming apps, using IoT-fog computing for smart healthcare, detection of anomalies in climate conditions, and even detection of illegal wood logging activity.

Vaishali Mehta, PhD, is Professor in the Department of Information Technology at Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology, Haryana, India. She has over 17 years of teaching experience and has published books and research articles in national and international journals and conferences.
Megha Bhushan, PhD, is Assistant Professor in the School of Computing, DIT University, Dehradun, India. A Fellow of the Indian Society for Technical Education, The Institute of Engineering and Technology, the Computer Society of India, and a member of the Institute of Engineers and IEEE Computer Society, he is actively involved with several professional bodies/societies.
