Also, shows the importance of Organizational Innovative Performance when related with the role of Cooperation, Absorptive Capacity and Public Policy, as a stimulation of Innovation in Portuguese SMEs. The database was obtained through the Community Innovation Survey 2010. The results shows and highlighted the most important variables that lead Portuguese SMEs to innovated.
