Gary Maclean is a multi-award winning chef who has been hailed as a major talent, a gentleman of the kitchen, a world class educator and someone who could step into a three Michelin-star kitchen and feel at home. Gary was crowned champion of BBC series Masterchef: The Professionals in 2016, and was announced as Scotland's National Chef for 2018. Gary has also held executive chef positions at two of Scotland's biggest independent operators and his current role as Senior Lecturer at City of Glasgow College is what really drives his passion for mentoring other young chefs and creative cooking.
