Person
PETER MacNAB was reared on Mull, as was his father, and his grandfather before him. He wrote, lectured and broadcast about Scotland in general and Mull in particular. Author of a range of books about the island, including the first standard study of Mull and Iona, he is known to lovers of Scottish lore worldwide through his many contributions to the Scots Magazine. He was in the right place at the right time when, in 1956, he took a now classic picture of the Loch Ness Monster.
