SOM journal 8 is the most recent issue in a continuing series presenting the work of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill in the context of a critical discussion. The process of review by a jury is a daring enterprise unique to SOM. The jurors for this issue were Oliver Schulze, Einar Jarmund, and Robert Diemer. The jury was held on November 18 and 19, 2011, at the Abbaye Royaumont, Asnières sur Oise, France.
