Prof. Tao MA is a long-tenured professor, doctoral supervisor, the Dean of the Business School, a Member of the Council of Harbin Institute of Technology, the Head of the "Digital Economy" program (the first batch in China), and the "Young Talent" of the Ministry of Propaganda (2019),the Chief Expert of Major Projects of the National Social Science Fund, the Director of the Institute of Digital Economy and Sustainable Development of HIT. He is a visiting professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen) and a part-time doctoral supervisor at Ningxia University, a member of the 60-member Forum of the Chinese School of Economics and Management Studies, the chairman of the Regional Sustainable Development Committee of the China Regional Science Association(RSAC), the vice chairman of the Small and Medium Enterprises Branch of the Chinese Society of Technology Economics, the vice chairman of the Urban and Regional Management Committee of Chinese Academy of Management, and the vice chairman of the Regional Modern Industrial System Construction Committee of the National Institute of Economic Geography. He is the leader of the projects about the 13th and 14th Five-Year Plan of the National Development and Reform Commission, Participating expert in the national "Harbin-Changchun City Cluster Development Plan", a member of the editorial board of the International Journal of Green Energy (SCI) and the editorial board of the Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology (Social Science Edition). He mainly focuses on China's economy and digital economy, sustainable development of resources and energy, and layout of productive forces.
Wang Hao* is an assistant researcher and postdoctoral researcher at Harbin Institute of Technology.
