Description
During his 35-year career in the Army, Rick Lynch led 25,000 of our country's best to victory in "The Surge" in Iraq. He came home to take command of Fort Hood, Texas, the largest Army Installation in America. He rose up to take charge of every Army Installation on Earth, leading 120,000 mostly civilian employees through the restructuring of a $20-billion budget, under unimaginable pressure from the Pentagon. But for the last 12 years, he's put all of his experience and expertise on the line for the sake of accomplishing an equally important mission: To develop strong leaders, right here at home, while teaching adaptive leadership principles all across Corporate America.
We're Not Robots is the result of Rick's mission: A practical guide for today's corporate leaders, detailing how paying attention to our most important resource-our people-turns companies
into High-Performing Organizations. Filled with actionable takeaways, historical perspective, and surprisingly candid, enlightening insights from Rick's 12 years as a sought-after consultant and leader to more than 35 clients across a wide spectrum of corporate entities, it's a must-read for leaders who want their teams not only to survive, but to thrive-in an unpredictable, post-
COVID, AI-intruding world.
