His many books include Tales of Wisdom and Wonder, The Story Tree, and Homeric pair The Adventures of Achilles and The Adventures of Odysseus, which he and Daniel Morden wrote and narrated together. He lives with his wife, Liz, in Norfolk, England. Sophie Fatus studied at the prestigious Academy of Fine Art in Paris. Her quirky and bright illustrations have graced the pages of several other Barefoot Books including My Daddy is a Pretzel (1-84148-151-3) and the follow-up to be released this Fall, Yoga Pretzels yoga deck. Sophie currently lives in Florence, Italy.
