Facing Recovery

Facing Recovery is a collection of fourteen first-person stories from individuals who are experiencing the development of mind, body, and spirit through Recovery Café Muncie, a supportive community committed to love, equality, and inclusion for anyone facing recovery. Topics explored in the narratives cover addiction, grief, domestic violence, living with a disability, housing insecurity, and heartbreak, among others, and capture the realities of life in recovery. Facing Recovery includes a detailed discussion guide and resources to increase empathy, awareness, and conversations on recovery that are applicable to any community.
