The book does not plan to 'change' anyone's life but rather help people, to be happy with the one they have. Using an extensive and searching self examination questionnaire, it enables the reader to identify his or her innate 'competencies', or preferences for styles of living and working, and to apply these to his or her current working environment. However, the book aims to be more of a constructive and enjoyable read than a work book.
