Jane S. Lopus is professor of economics and director of the Center for Economic Education at California State University in East Bay. A former high school economics teacher, she received a Ph.D. in economics from the University of California in Davis. She was named the Cal State East Bay Outstanding Professor in 2006 and has received national research and leadership awards for her work in economic education.
