Advanced Particle Physics

This work has been derived from a third year course at one of the world's premier physics departments and takes the reader into postgraduate topics in particle physics. After a summary review of elementary particle physics, it examines the following topics: wave equations; deep inelastic scattering, electron positron annihilation, weak neutral current, weak charged current, QCD, Gauge theories, and concludes with a view beyond the standard model.
