Description
From faithful to doorkeeper to living stone, God has quite an array of names for his people. In fifty meditations that range from the names we love to be called to the names we wish didn't apply, respected Bible teacher and author Mary Foxwell Loeks helps us understand who we are as followers of God, and gives vivid word pictures to help readers see the richness of their identity in Christ. The power of being named by God brings our most important relationship alive, and these short passages will give comfort, inspiration, and guidance. Each reading ends with practical suggestions on "claiming the name" for ourselves.
