Scarlett lives in Moonlight Valley, a perfectly normal neighborhood for a perfectly normal girl. Or so she thinks! When her quirky neighbor Foxglove shows up to babysit, Scarlett notices some odd things happening. Why does Foxglove keep talking to the mirror? What's going on with her spooky black cat? And, most importantly, what is this old ornate book that she's left behind Curiosity gets the better of Scarlett and she tries an unusual recipe from Foxglove's secret journal - with some disastrous, magical consequences! When Foxglove comes to the rescue, Scarlett learns her witchy secret. Not only does Foxglove have magical powers - but she's scouting new talent for the Moonlight Magic Club! That's right - Foxglove and her friends Maya and Pandora are good witches. They're dedicated to helping other people in their neighborhood and solving the unexplained mysteries of Moonlight Valley. As Scarlett's own spell gets out of hand, she joins Foxglove, Maya and Pandora as they attempt to undo this magical mistake!
