The Case of the Missing Head

Alexey Lisachenko is a renowned children's author, winner of international and national literary awards. An unrivaled master of words, whose fairy tales have gained widespread popularity both in Russia and abroad. Clever Publishing was founded in 2010 with the purpose of changing children's lives for the better. We create a world full of fascinating experiences for families through our books, games, sets, and series. Focusing on Preschool and Edutainment, we've developed a wide range of innovative formats with modern teaching techniques. Kids love to read, touch, and play while learning, so our program includes products for all ages, including boxed sets; board books; puzzle books; learning flash cards; interactive coloring, activity, and word play formats; and board games for the entire family. Dina Usmandi has illustrated more than 15 books published in multiple languages and created illustrations for American children's magazines Spider and Ladybug. She also illustrates postcards for UK Greeting and has designed toys for Jellycat. Her talent has also led her to work with the English illustrator agency ILLO. In 2019, one of her illustrations won a children's book illustration contest organized by the award-winning British illustrator Elina Ellis.
