"So ingenious you'll wonder why you haven't seen it before." - BookTrust "If you are after bedtime stories with the 'WOW factor' these are for you. Inside the books are cardboard 'torches' that help your child see extra things in the pictures. So clever and so exciting." - The SEN Resources Blog "This is a lovely read. As well as the cheery illustrations by Zhanna Ovocheva and the interactive element, the rhythmic text makes for a fun read aloud. It highlights how different the sky and surroundings are when it is night time."- Mamma Filz (Book blogger)More details

New author Amber Lily added her charming, child-friendly voice to the world of children's publishing during an internship. Amber loves onomatopoeia, has an ear for rhyme and freely admits to sniffing the occasional book! Since graduating from art school, Carrie has worked as a graphic designer, illustrator and art editor for the past 21 years. Carrie is passionate about children's book illustration and is continually inspired by her daily contact with the artists whom she commissions. She has also written her own books for the very young. Louise Anglicas is an illustrator and surface pattern designer living in the Potteries, Staffordshire. After gaining a Ba(Hons) in ceramic design, she started her career as an in-house designer for a ceramic manufacturer. Since becoming a freelance designer, Louise has ventured into different areas of design, from greeting cards, to wall art, to stationery and children books. Sam has always drawn pictures, ever since she was little. After studying Illustration at Loughborough University, Sam worked for 5 years as a designer at Usborne Publishing, before becoming a freelance illustrator. She works from her little house in North London, drawing pictures all day, whilst drinking tea and wearing panda slippers. Daisy is a Suffolk based illustrator who has been designing for children's publishing full time since she graduated from Leeds Arts University last year. In her free time she loves singing and performing in local theatre, cooking delicious veggie food, riding her bike and swimming. She is always happiest when near the sea, especially with her dog Stan by her side barking at the seagulls!
