Amanda Li loves creating and writing factual, funny, and entertaining books for children. This series is based on the work of Tove Jansson, a Finnish writer and illustrator who created the fantastic world of the Moomins. The stories have been translated into more than thirty languages. An art school graduate, Li was a commissioning editor in children's publishing for many years before becoming a full-time writer. She has worked on hundreds of non-fiction, humor, and activity books. She lives in South West London.
