Since late 1970s, China has experienced and achieved a remarkable economic growth among the developing countries worldwide, and has become the second largest economy from Year 2010. During this progress, Chinese State-Owned Enterprise (SOEs) have played a significant role in its economy, and spanning almost every economic sector. The further reform of SOEs need be implemented on relevant areas, such as Mixed Ownership, corporate governance, Information Disclosure, social and private investors' interest, and so on.
