Paeony Lewis has written a number of picture books among them the highly-praised NO MORE BISCUITS! As a child, Paeony spent hours roaming the woods and fields behind her family home in Orpington, Kent. On leaving school, Paeony worked as a travel agent and saw much of the world in the process. She went on to study Environmental Sciences at university, and then spent many years working as copy writer for magazines and newspapers. She rediscovered the world of modern children's books after the births of her two children and felt inspired to start writing her own.
