Among this volume's strengths is the amount of color clinical photographs, color schematic and explanatory diagrams, and radiographic images. Of the many published texts available, the images in this book are among the sharpest and of the highest clarity. The uniformly high quality of the drawings and images complements and clarifies the written text to a degree not found in many other texts. The text itself is written in a clear, concise, and easy-to-read format. The chapters are short, allowing the practitioner to glean a substantial amount of information in a short and productive time, and flow in a logical fashion. Each chapter is well referenced, and many are written by well-known experts in the field.
