Angelique Leone studied fashion design then haute couture embroidery. Granddaughter of Olga Lecaye, daughter of Gregoire Solotareff, Angelique now writes stories for children, thus joining the family tradition. She has been published by Actes Sud, L'Ecole des Loisirs and Kaleidoscope in France.
Gregoire Solotareff began his career in medicine but published his first children's book in 1985. Since then he has published over 150 books for young people which have been translated throughout the world. Solotareff has also collaborated in adapting his books to film, and is a photographer and sculptor.
