Waiting

Waiting is a constant theme in many people's lives and can be a source of real frustration. However, the experience of waiting may be the unlikely channel of much blessing. The Bible is full of stories of people who waited - and of God waiting too. This book of devotional readings begins each day with a reflection on a Bible passage. A true story from an 'ordinary' person then illustrates and earths the day's message. Each section ends with a short prayer or meditation.
