Prue Leith is the founder and leading director of the prestigious Leith's restaurant, Leith's School of Food and Wine and Leith's Good Food. She is the author of many cookbooks including "The Cook's Handbook" and, with Caroline Waldegrave, "Leith's Cookery Course", "Leith's Cookery Bible", and "Leith's Complete Christmas". Richard Harvey became a Master of Wine in 1982 and he runs his own wine business in Dorset and France. He has been in charge of the wine courses at Leith's School of Food and Wine for the last eight years.
