Unwilling to stay with her husband, Winter Blooming, former princess Violet departed for the faraway town of Kiron, where she would be free from his influence. Though her new house is run-down and her neighbors are nosy, Violet is able to make a modest living, along with a few new friends. But before long, Winter appears in her new life, brandishing his wealth just as he did before.

Violet has changed, however - she is no longer the pushover she once was, and doesn't buckle to Winter's advances. Inconsolable at the idea that Violet will never return to him, he takes drastic measures - and the two end up switching bodies yet again! After so much time apart, could this be the catalyst that brings them back together?
