Walter Leal Filho is Senior Professor and Head of the Research and Transfer Centre "Sustainable Development and Climate Change Management" at Hamburg University of Applied Sciences in Germany and Chair of Environment and Technology at Manchester Metropolitan University, UK. He is Initiator of the Word Sustainable Development Symposia (WSSD-U) series and chairs the Inter-University Sustainable Development Research Programme. Professor Leal Filho has written, co-written, edited, or co-edited more than 800 publications, including books, book chapters, and papers in refereed journals.
Dr. João Eustachio is Economist and Director of the Sustainable Development Research and Practice Unit at Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, Germany. His work focuses on sustainability leadership, education for sustainable development, corporate social responsibility, and sustainability policy. He holds a Ph.D. in business management and has gained international research experience in Poland and Germany. He also teaches health economics at Hamburg University of Applied Sciences and serves as Visiting Professor at the University of São Paulo, Brazil, where he lectures on sustainability leadership. Dr. Eustachio currently coordinates several international projects and networks funded by the European Commission, Erasmus, and DAAD. His doctoral research on sustainability leadership in the context of higher education institutions earned him the Baltic University Programme's 2023 PhD Award for Best Thesis.
Professor Marcjanna Augustyn , Ph.D., M.Sc., is Head of Centre for Sustainable Business Transformations and Professor of Management at Bournemouth University Business School. Professor Augustyn is Distinguished Scholar and Established Thought Leader in business management, strategy, and business performance. Professor Augustyn's work has been published extensively, disseminated internationally and regularly cited. Professor Augustyn has led successful high impact externally funded interdisciplinary research projects and advised various organizations on competitive management strategies and practices.
