Inside this amazing atlas you'll discover trolls and dragons, minotaurs and krakens, goblins and giants... and a mystery waiting to be solved!
One day, a collection of ancient maps is discovered in a dusty library. They reveal where in the world monsters from mythology and folklore might be found. According to the notes that accompany them, these maps were created by Cornelius Walters, an intrepid explorer of the 15th century. But did Walters truly craft these elaborate charts - or is it all an elaborate hoax? The librarian who uncovered them isn't sure... and what about the strange, coded messages hidden in Walters' ship's log?
Packed with fascinating facts and Stuart Hill's stunning illustrations - designed to look like medieval maps with a modern twist - this book is your guide to the world's most legendary creatures!
