Description
Haynes Black Hole Owners' Workshop Manual is the ultimate guide to the behaviour, formation, appearance and study of one of the most mysterious and exciting objects in the entire universe. The manual is written for the layperson, without the need for jargon and maths, providing the reader with everything they need to understand what professional astrophysicists know about these high-gravity regions of space-time. The reader will also meet real-life black holes and learn about our studies of them, what goes on inside them, how they are made and some of most exciting questions they inspire.
