Catch Me a Cowboy

Shirlene Lomax has the world by its tail. She has sass, looks and a filthy-rich sugar daddy who pretty much owns Bramble, Texas. But when he dies, Shirlene finds herself right back where she started-a rundown trailer on the wrong side of the tracks.

Billy "Bubba" Wilkes, also known as William Cates, has an agenda that doesn't include having sex with a gold-digging Texas bombshell. What it does include is revenge for Shirlene's great-granddaddy shooting Billy's great-granddaddy in cold blood. In fact, Billy plans on making the entire town of Bramble pay for the bad luck that has followed his family ever since.

Figuring Billy is only a pit stop on her road to smarter and richer men, Shirlene gives in to her unquenchable desire for the hot hick but she soon discovers that there's more to the hillbilly than a hard body and great sex. He's really a spiteful millionaire holding a big-assed grudge.

Once his scheme is out in the open, Billy expects the entire town to run him out on a rail. What he doesn't expect is their unconditional acceptance but is it too late to capture the heart of a spoiled woman who needs to learn that credit cards can't buy happiness?
