Katy (Lander) Thomason was born and raised in Vancouver, WA. She has lived and studied all over the world building her collection of languages, degrees, businesses and most importantly, sand. She is passionate about women, youth and mentorship. She loves traveling, music, writing and checking items off of her bucket-list. Though this is her first book to publish, she has written many more that will soon follow. Outside of writing, Katy is an active volunteer in her community and church. Currently, she leads worship, runs children's ministries, and is the Head of Adventurez School Homeschool Co-Op. Katy is happily married and honored to be mother and educator to her four amazing children.
