Aftershock

A secret government research project is underway near a remote Alaskan fishing village to create the world's most powerful beam of high frequency, electromagnetic energy. The device is designed to improve worldwide communications - but it doesn't come without catastrophic risks. But what project leader Dr. Mike Ryder is about to find out is that his father-in-law, General Bensen Crewe, benefactor and champion of the project, has other plans for the beam. Crewe intends to use it as the ultimate weapon. But when these plans go dangerously wrong, Ryder must find a way to avert certain disaster by destroying that which he himself created...because when men play God with nature, the innocent are the first to die.
