Description
The monograph presents the results of theoretical and practical research of queuing systems, as a science that finds application in many areas of human activity. For the first time several queuing systems have been investigate, such as the service of requests that detect find respond to the service process that has started, a many streams many devices systems, systems with unreliable devices, systems with sequential sifting of the input stream of requests. t is shown that the well-known Erlang formulas are a special case of obtained analytical expressions describing considered systems. Also, for the first time ordered systems with devices with different service intensity were investigated. All this expands the scope of possible application of queuing theory and increases the adequacy of mathematical models to real physical processes. In conclusion, there are suggestions for clarifying the existing classification of queuing systems.
